FALL STYLING [from] NYC to LA

HELLO! It's been forever! HAPPY FALL, everyone. I have a confession: I've totally missed creating blog content for you! My schedule as of late (or this whole year tbh) has been moving at light speed, plus I've been bouncing between NYC and LA a lot for work (thank you, universe —uber grateful). This shift in lifestyle and season brings me straight to the subject of this post: Packing + styling key Fall wardrobe pieces with our WHOWAGWEAR items, suitable for BOTH coasts. Because all of the pieces I highlight below are interchangeable I've been able to really stretch my day-to-day travel outfits with minimal effort no matter what the Fall weather is. Check 'em out. :)

This is a typical plane outfit that I will throw on. It's a no-brainer; your classic "jeans and a tee" outift, super comfy for the ride, and easy to peel off going through airport security and when landing in warmer Fall weather. (PS: A well crafted black loafer is like my holy grail of flats, I wear mine to death. Easy to slip on and off, matches everything!, and can polish up any look without sacrificing comfort. Honestly, I will wear them on long photoshoots and can run around and still feel pulled together and professional.

Again, another no-brainer outfit that is fit for either coast during the Fall season; your day-to-night, classic all black look. The midi skirt with chucks is an easy transition from (my) summertime minis and sandals. Please note in the polaroid picture I am rocking a sample of a WHOWAGWEAR custom tank we designed of Batman, Demi Lovato's pup. He's so cute! You can check him out here and order a WHOWAGWEAR custom of YOUR fur baby, or you can shop tanks from our Evergreen Collection to complete this look.

Before I say anything more, can we just take note of Ninja giving his most adorable attempt at "guard dog" status. Bless him. Anyhooo...a Fall evening out in LA can get chillier by the water as the sun goes down, but I don't always want to carry outerwear around like I would in NYC as I hop in and outdoors. A cropped sweater is a great alternative layering piece that's perfect over our muscle tanks. Cozy yet lightweight enough to wrap around my waist as I warm up indoors.

Well guys, that's it for now. I'm so happy to see you here (again), and I promise there are several posts that have been in the works (apologies on the delay!) that we will share very soon. Definitely comment below if you like/don't like this sort of thing (and hit me up on my personal IG to see real-time outfits from my trips).  Also, a special thanks to Rachel Wood for taking these quick polaroids of me and Ninja for this post — she also styled our Volume Two Lookbook which you can view here if you haven't seen it already. All other images were pulled from the respective brand sites as listed.

Love you guys so much!!!

XO,
